U.S. Army Sgt. Members of JTF-B partnered with the Honduran Military and Ministry of Health to provide health care services for more than 1,300 Honduran citizens; reaching a third of the citizens in the towns of Argelia, Santa Maria and Las Dificultades in the El Paraiso Department.
